Merck now has global rights to a SciBrunch Therapeutics drug candidate designed to block mutated versions of the cancer-driving protein KRAS G12D. This class of targeted cancer therapies includes clinical-stage assets from Revolution Medicines, BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics, and Verastem Oncology.
